phcash24 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the full features of the phcash24 Platform, Players must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on phcash24. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. phcash24 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

phcash24 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phcash24 cashier page and are subject to change. Players will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phcash24 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phcash24 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: phcash24 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering, use of multiple Accounts, or exploitation of software errors.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

All games available on the phcash24 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcash24 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phcash24 Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside phcash24's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content provided by licensed game suppliers.

phcash24's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcash24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the phcash24 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
